Indian wealthtech Zomint has raised Rs 36 crore, about $3.75 million, in a seed round from Lightspeed and Prime Venture Partners.

Founded in September 2025 by Aman Mittal and Shavir Bansal, Zomint offers wealth management to working professionals and families. Each family is paired with a personal wealth expert, supported by investment research and AI tools that pull together portfolio data and past conversations and flag what needs attention. Clients can start with a monthly SIP of Rs 25,000 or a lump sum of Rs 5 lakh.

The company has acquired customers through organic content via the founders' finance platform Bekifaayati, which has more than five million subscribers. The funding will expand its wealth and investment teams, its technology platform and an investor education programme.
