TODAY raises a €2.8M seed co-led by HTGF and Insurtech Gateway for its AI platform for financial and insurance advisors

TODAY has raised €2.8 million in seed funding co-led by High-Tech Gründerfonds and Insurtech Gateway, with Seed X, Lucid Capital and angels including former HDI CEO Herbert Rogenhofer and Tech11 founder Pierre Dubosq.

Founded in 2024 by Michael Gackstatter and Artem Demchenkov, TODAY builds an AI sales operating system for advisors at banks, insurers and brokerages. Its agents work before, during and after client conversations: they transcribe meetings, handle routine back-office tasks, coach advisors on sales performance and answer incoming calls.

The pitch is capacity. Regulatory pressure and market changes are pushing advisors to serve more clients with the same resources, and compliant AI tooling for that workflow has lagged behind.
