Vienna-based reebuild has raised €3 million in seed funding led by Fortino Ventures, with Rise PropTech and Curiosity VC participating.
Led by founder and CEO Alexander Kornell, reebuild automates administrative and financial processes for construction companies and property developers. Its AI reads invoices, delivery notes and order confirmations, matches them, recalculates invoice corrections and prepares tasks, while employees keep the approval decisions.
The company serves more than 120 companies across over 8,200 construction sites and projects and has processed invoices worth more than €530 million. It says invoice processing drops from over 20 minutes to about three, and approval cycles from five days to around one and a half.
The funding takes reebuild beyond Austria and Germany into more European markets.
