Buenos Aires-based Rebill has closed a $5.4 million pre-Series A round, taking total funding past $9 million since it was founded in 2020.

Buenos Aires-based Rebill has closed a $5.4 million pre-Series A round, taking total funding past $9 million since it was founded in 2020. No lead investor was named; Vercel founder and CEO Guillermo Rauch invested again, and a SpaceX executive joined in a personal capacity.
Led by founder and CEO Nahuel Candia, with co-founder and CTO Ruben Maier Enzler, Rebill started with recurring billing for digital companies. It now lets businesses collect through local payment methods in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico and the US without a legal entity in each.
Between January and September 2026 active merchants quadrupled and monthly payment volume tripled; clients include Henry, Assist 365 and TripleTen. Earlier backers include Tiger Global, Y Combinator, SV Angel and Soma Capital.
The money funds a deeper US push and two new lines: Rebill Treasury for multi-currency funds and white-label Rebill Platforms.
