Computis raises €2M pre-seed led by Techshop Capital to run accounting for Italian SMEs with AI

Milan-based Computis has closed a €2 million pre-seed round led by Techshop Capital. Heartfelt, Zanichelli Venture, Vento, Alecla7, Alpha Ventures, Moonstone and P3Ventures participated.
The company was founded in 2026 by Enrico Nicosia (CEO), Riccardo Donatelli (CRO) and Leonardo Drici (CPTO), who worked together at Jet HR. Computis bundles software and service for Italian SMEs. AI handles document collection, foreign supplier invoices, bank reconciliation and invoicing. An in-house team of accountants reviews the work, and a partner commercialista handles filings, year-end accounts and advice.
The money goes into go-to-market, operations and product. Product work includes real-time financial statements and an AI agent that turns each company's accounting data into concrete recommendations. The team grows from 9 to about 12 people by early 2027.
The announcement is linked in the first comment.
