Blue Fire AI closes a $9M round as Mizuho's Asset Management One takes a minority stake
Blue Fire AI has closed a funding round with $9 million in aggregate commitments. Asset Management One, the asset manager of Mizuho Financial Group, has taken a minority stake in its holding company and signed a business alliance with it and Mizuho. No lead investor was named.
Singapore-based Blue Fire AI builds AI for active investment management. Its neuro-symbolic decision engine, Emmalyn, runs company-level fundamental research at scale: institutions either use it as a fully AI-native active manager or lease parts of its research. The company has a live investment track record of seven years.
Asset Management One, which manages more than $500 billion, will develop new equity investment products powered by the engine and distribute them to institutional and retail clients in Japan.
