Asaas has completed a R$300 million issuance of FIDC Asaas III, a receivables fund dedicated to financing advances on its clients' credit card sales. The structure comprises R$280 million in senior quotas placed with institutional investors at CDI plus 1.15%, and R$20 million in subordinated quotas retained by Asaas as a first-loss layer. The fund is managed by Kanastra and renewed its AAA rating from S&P Global Ratings.

Founded in Joinville by brothers Piero and Diego Contezini, Asaas is a financial and operational platform for small and medium businesses, combining digital accounts, billing, payments, cards, credit and management tools. It is backed by Bond and SoftBank.

The company has more than 300,000 active clients and 1,300 employees. About 30% of clients use the advance product, up from 18 to 20% previously; Asaas advanced R$1.4 billion in 2026 alone and about R$4 billion since the product launched in 2018. Earlier FIDC rounds raised R$50 million in 2023 and R$100 million in August 2025. Asaas targets more than R$1 billion in revenue in 2026 and R$2 billion in 2027.
