Zippy, a lender and loan servicer focused solely on manufactured housing finance, has raised a $20 million Series C from alternative investment firm Saluda Grade, the only investor in the round. Saluda Grade committed through its growth equity strategy and will also support Zippy on credit, capital markets, balance sheet management and product development.
Founded in 2021 and led by co-founder and CEO Ben Halliday, Zippy works with manufactured housing communities, retailers, dealers and wholesale partners. It runs its own loan origination platform, covering digital applications, underwriting, decisioning and servicing.
The company operates in 27 states and has secured more than $600 million in capital commitments during 2026.
The money goes into expanding beyond those 27 states and launching new loan products through its community, retail and wholesale channels.
