Wise now expects fiscal 2027 net revenue growth of 17.5% to 20% at constant currency, the upper half of its 15% to 20% medium-term range, after a second quarter in which net revenue rose 21% to $739.1 million and cross-border volume climbed 22% to $71.7 billion.
Active customers grew 20% to 12.5 million and customer holdings rose 28% to $43.5 billion. Card and other revenue grew 34% to $206.1 million, faster than cross-border revenue at 16%, while the cross-border take rate fell to 0.49% from 0.52% as Wise kept cutting prices.
The income-before-tax margin guidance stays near the top of the 20% to 25% range, with about $15 million of one-off costs tied to the dual listing in New York and London. In the quarter Wise went live in Malaysia, its ninth direct integration, launched its account and card in Thailand, introduced Wise Assets in New Zealand and signed OakNorth as a Wise Platform partner.
Wise intends to reapply for the US national trust bank licence the OCC denied in July. Former NiCE CEO Barak Eilam joins the board as chair designate, succeeding David Wells in April 2027.
