TXSE Group, parent of the Texas Stock Exchange, has completed its third funding round, bringing its capital position to $430 million. The size of the round itself was not disclosed. Existing owners accounted for more than 75% of it.

Equity holders include BlackRock, Charles Schwab, Citadel Securities, J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America.

Led by chairman and CEO James H Lee, TXSE is the first national securities exchange established in Texas. The round closes on the first anniversary of the SEC's approval of its application to operate as a national exchange.

TXSE says companies with a combined $115 billion of market value have announced moves to it from the NYSE and Nasdaq in the last 20 days. CFO Jaime Gow said the capital will build reserves and fund strategic initiatives as it scales listings and continuous trading.
