Seeds Fincap has raised more than ₹100 crore, about $10.4 million, in a Series B led by the Michael & Susan Dell Foundation. Existing investors Z47 and Lok Capital took part, alongside Norinchukin Capital and Alteria Capital.

Co-founded by Subhash Chandra Acharya and Avishek Sarkar, the Gurugram-based NBFC lends to underserved individuals and small businesses in India. Its loans range from ₹50,000 to ₹10 lakh and are underwritten on the borrower's cash flows.

Seeds manages ₹722 crore in loans across 164 branches. It disbursed about ₹620 crore in FY26, says it was profitable in FY25 and FY26, and targets ₹1,000 crore in AUM by March 2027.

The money goes into new markets, the branch network, technology and risk management.
