OpenPayd is aiming to complete its Nasdaq listing by the end of the year and to launch in the United States by April 2027, CEO Iana Dimitrova told CoinDesk. The company is also looking at acquisitions that would add licences and technology.
Founded by Ozan Ozerk, London-based OpenPayd gives businesses a single API to move money across bank rails, blockchain networks and stablecoins. It serves more than 1,100 clients in 180 countries. As of 31 July, annual recurring revenue exceeded $96 million and annualised transaction volume passed $300 billion.
The listing comes through the business combination with Titan Acquisition Corp agreed in June, which values OpenPayd at up to $1.145 billion in pro-forma equity, with up to $276 million in gross proceeds from Titan's trust account and the ticker OP. In September OpenPayd folded in MSB USA, bringing 43 US state money transmitter licences into the group, after securing MiCA authorisation from the Malta Financial Services Authority.
