LemFi has launched the largest product expansion in its history, together with a rebuilt app and a new global brand, "Ambition has no passport". Savings and credit in the UK and data eSIMs in more than 100 destinations now sit alongside its international transfers.
Founded in 2021 by CEO Ridwan Olalere and Rian Cochran, LemFi serves people whose lives span borders. More than two million customers use it to send money to more than 30 countries, with around $2 billion in monthly transaction volume.
The UK Instant Access Savings Account pays a boosted 5% AER for six months before reverting to a 3.04% tracker, with deposits held by ClearBank. The revolving credit line is issued through Pillar, the FCA-regulated lender LemFi acquired in 2025, as a virtual card on Apple Pay and Google Pay.
LemFi has raised more than $85 million from Highland Europe, Left Lane Capital, Palm Drive Capital, Endeavor Catalyst and Y Combinator.
