Kabilio has raised €10 million in a round led by Picus Capital and Visionaries, which also led its pre-seed. CDTI, Spain's public agency for technological innovation, took part. Total funding since launch is €14 million. The round's stage was not named.
The Spanish company builds an AI platform that automates accounting admin for firms and their small business clients: it reads invoices, suggests entries, matches bank transactions and prepares reconciliations. Jose Ojeda and Álex Valls are the founders, and Valls is co-CEO. The company says it cuts bookkeeping and reconciliation time by about 60%.
Kabilio serves nearly 500 accounting firms, up from 100 a year earlier, and has 80 employees, more than half in product and engineering. The money funds the rollout of its AI accounting agent, which enters beta in November.
