Checkout.com has published selective group figures: annualised net revenue, based on August extrapolated over 12 months, is up 28% year on year at $750 million. It expects $150 million of adjusted EBITDA for 2026, after first turning profitable in 2024.

The UK-headquartered payments company, valued at $12 billion, operates in 56 countries with 10 acquiring licences and 1,700 employees. It expects payment volume to reach $480 billion in full-year 2026 and says the US is its fastest-growing region.

It plans to expand its money management offering and speed up its work on agentic commerce and agentic payments. The figures come the same week its two UK subsidiaries file accounts, which will show a $40 million internal dividend to the parent company.
