Turaco

Turaco is a microinsurance and technology company in Africa. It works with partners such as microfinance banks, savings and loan companies and asset financiers to offer affordable cover, for example hospital cash and health insurance, to their customers. Turaco says it covers more than seven million lives across six markets, including Kenya, Uganda and Ghana, with a median claims turnaround of four hours.
