Seaya has launched Seaya Nova, a growth fund that reached a €600 million first close in six months. It will write €20 million to €50 million cheques, leading or co-leading Series B to D rounds in European technology companies with proven models.
The fund is backed by the European Investment Fund under the European Tech Champions Initiative, alongside other institutional investors, corporates and family offices. Seaya's earlier vehicles include Seaya Andromeda, which reached a €300 million final close in 2024.
Beatriz González, Seaya's founder and Managing Partner, leads the fund with Vinoth Jayakumar, who joins as Managing Partner of Seaya Nova after more than a decade of growth investing that included Revolut, Wise, Thought Machine and ICEYE. Seaya is also opening a London office alongside its Madrid headquarters.
