Berlin-based Robin Capital has closed Robin Capital Fund II at €15M, the same size as its first fund, which closed in December 2024. Total commitments across the two funds are €30M. Fund II had reached a €12M second close in June 2026.

The firm runs a solo GP model under founder Robin Haak and invests €100K to €600K at pre-seed and seed in European companies, with a focus on the DACH region. It has made 51 investments across both funds, and Fund I's portfolio includes Simsalasim, Uvionix, Paypercut and Xaver. Alongside the funds, it has set up three growth SPVs to back ARX Robotics, Almetra and Ground A.

Fund II keeps the Fund I strategy of B2B software and applied AI and widens it into robotics, space and defence tech. LPs are entrepreneurs, unicorn founders, technology executives, family offices and venture and private equity GPs. Robin Capital plans a third €15M fund, with the aim of backing 80 to 90 startups across three vehicles, and is considering a €100M-plus growth continuity fund in three or more years.
