Revolut has closed a new funding round at a $115 billion valuation, led by Glade Brook Capital Partners, Coatue, Durable Capital Partners, T. Rowe Price and Baillie Gifford, with both existing backers and new global investors taking part. The size of the round was not disclosed. It confirms the valuation first reported in July.

The round follows a year of licence milestones. Since the start of 2026 Revolut has launched full banking operations in the UK, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, secured banking licences in France, Colombia and Argentina, and received conditional approval from the OCC for a US national bank charter. That sits on top of its existing banking presence across 30 EEA markets.

The numbers back it up. In 2025 revenue grew 46% to $6.0 billion, pre-tax profit rose 57% to $2.3 billion, and the pre-tax margin reached 38%. The company now serves over 80 million retail customers and is targeting 100 million active customers in more than 100 countries.

Part of the round gives employees another chance to sell shares, which CEO and founder Nik Storonsky described as a pillar of the company's culture since day one.
