Customers spend USDC, USDT and USDG held in their OKX Pay wallet without converting to fiat first. OKX says there are no transaction or foreign exchange fees. In the US the card is activated in the OKX app and can be added to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Autopay earns cashback on eligible USDG purchases, and USDG balances can earn yield between purchases. The card launched in the European Economic Area in January and in selected South Asian and African countries in July. Erald Ghoos, CEO of OKX Europe, said EEA growth continued even as bitcoin's price fell.
