London- and Barcelona-based Nauta Capital has held a €60 million first close on its sixth flagship fund, twenty years after its first institutional vehicle in 2006. The target is €150 million to €200 million by the second half of 2027, which would take assets under management towards €750 million.
The British Business Bank anchors the fund for the fourth consecutive time, alongside returning LPs SETT, Merifin Capital and Institut Català de Finances. About three-quarters of the first-close capital came from existing investors.
Nauta backs capital-efficient B2B software at pre-seed to Series A, including finance, travel, retail and HR, with first tickets of €250,000 to €4 million, and runs a deep tech sleeve, Nauta Labs, covering AI infrastructure, cybersecurity and industrial automation. General partners are Carles Ferrer Roqueta in London and Jordi Viñas in Barcelona. Past exits include Brandwatch and Holded, with roughly €3 billion in exit value by the firm's count.
