Enza has raised a $6 million Seed+ round led by 4DX Ventures. British International Investment joins as a new investor, while Quona Capital and Algebra Ventures, which co-led the $6.75 million seed round in 2025, increased their positions.

Enza was founded in 2022 by Group CEO Hany Fekry, a former managing director at Network International, and Hamish Houston. It provides payments infrastructure to banks and fintechs in Africa, with integrations including Verve, Meeza, AfriGo, NIBSS, PayShap and InstaPay, plus Visa and Mastercard.

The company serves clients in 12 countries and holds a Payment Service Provider Enhanced licence from the Bank of Ghana, which enabled its commercial launch in Ghana in September. It says contracted monthly volumes are growing 35 to 40% month on month.

The money goes to new markets, additional licences and the product line. Valuation was not disclosed.
