Endeavor Catalyst, the venture fund of the global entrepreneur network Endeavor, has held the final close of Fund V at an oversubscribed $320 million, its largest fund and above its $300 million target. Assets under management now exceed $850 million.
Catalyst invests only in companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs and co-invests alongside leading VC and growth firms rather than leading rounds. Fund V has already committed more than $55 million to 30 companies, including Replit, Preply and Venezuelan BNPL Cashea.
Across five funds it has backed 437 companies in 44 markets, 83 of them valued at $1 billion or more, with 39 exits. Founders of Nubank, Revolut, Checkout.com, LinkedIn and Snowflake are among the LPs. Latin America remains its largest region; Europe is the fastest growing, with 12 investments in the first half of 2026.
