CapitalOS has raised a $21.9 million Series A led by LGVP, with WEX Venture Capital, Group11, Great North Ventures, Night Capital and existing investors participating. The company will use the capital to expand the infrastructure it has built.
Founded by Nir Dremer, now CEO, and Matan Goldschmidt, CapitalOS calls itself a money orchestration layer for B2B platforms. Software companies can add credit cards, wallets, bill pay and spend management without building their own underwriting, compliance and fraud operations; CapitalOS runs those functions with AI agents.
Guesty is a CapitalOS customer. LGVP general partner Itai Tsiddon cited more than 10x growth as AI accelerates demand for embedded finance, and WEX's Jay Dearborn said the company connects operational data with the financial infrastructure businesses need.
