Bitso Business has passed US$150 billion in annualized total payment volume, up 83% from US$82 billion a year earlier. The unit now processes more than US$410 million a day, around the clock, and serves more than 2,000 institutional clients across remittances, payments, neobanking and digital commerce.

Bitso says it handles roughly 15% of the value of US-to-Mexico remittances. Partners include Félix Pago, which lets users send money through WhatsApp, and Western Union, which selected Bitso Business as a service provider for its USDPT stablecoin in Mexico.

Bitso was founded in 2014 and describes itself as Latin America's leading digital financial services group, with more than 10 million users. For 2027 the company plans to expand connections with local financial systems across Latin America, subject to applicable regulations.
