Securitize has added 13 US equities to Securitize Stocks, bringing the offering to 25 since the first wave launched on 8 October. The new names include Exxon Mobil, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Salesforce, Walt Disney, GameStop and Uber.

Each token is backed 1:1 by an underlying share and represents a security entitlement under UCC Article 8, with dividends and voting rights passed to holders where the share class carries them. The backing shares are not lent out. Tokens trade on Solana with liquidity from Jump Trading and settle in USDC, initially outside traditional market hours, with 24/7 trading planned.

The offering is open to eligible investors in the US, the EU and other permitted jurisdictions. Securitize had about $5 billion of tokenised assets on its platform at 30 September. The underlying companies have not sponsored the tokens. Chairman and CEO Carlos Domingo said the company plans to bring more companies onchain.
