Lovable has opened its first London office, with about 70 people and a plan to reach 100 by the end of the year. London becomes the Swedish company's second hub for engineering, product and design after Stockholm. The team spans AI research, security, infrastructure, forward-deployed engineering, design, sales, marketing and finance, and includes staff from Radish AI, a startup Lovable recently acquired for its agents and infrastructure work.
The UK is Lovable's third-largest market by paying users. Lovable lets people build websites and apps by describing them in plain language, and says users have created more than 70 million projects. At Huel, around 300 employees have built over 200 internal tools on the platform.
Lovable raised $400 million at a $13.3 billion valuation in August, co-led by Menlo Ventures and the Scaleup Europe Fund, and plans to reach about 450 employees this year. CEO Anton Osika has said he chose not to move to Silicon Valley.
