Hoxton Wealth has secured a $135 million commitment from Aspirity Partners I, a strategic minority investment and the first outside capital the firm has taken since 2018. The stake and the valuation were not disclosed.

Hoxton is an international wealth management platform built around technology, based in London and Dubai. Chris Ball is founder and CEO. It manages more than $5 billion in assets for about 10,000 clients across ten jurisdictions.

The money will fund international expansion, the hiring of senior wealth advisers, targeted acquisitions and continued investment in the platform, internal processes and service standards. Aspirity sizes the market at about $1.2 trillion in assets, with roughly 25% currently advised, and lists international wealth management as a priority within its financial technology and services strategy. Negotiations took close to twelve months.
