eToro has agreed to acquire LB Finanzas, an Argentine financial app, in its fourth acquisition of 2026. The purchase price was not disclosed and the deal is subject to customary closing conditions.

LB Finanzas is regulated by Argentina's National Securities Commission and Central Bank. Its all-in-one platform covers equities and crypto, plus payment solutions. eToro says the deal builds its localised presence in Latin America, and Yoni Assia, co-founder and CEO of eToro, called it an important step in that commitment.

Earlier this year eToro agreed to buy self-custodial wallet provider Zengo, completed the purchase of Israeli crypto exchange Bit2C and announced an agreement for US brokerage TradeZero, which is expected to close in the first half of 2027, subject to regulatory approvals.
